Market Manager & Composter – $15/hr.

We are looking for two motivated and committed individuals to help manage our community drop-off locations. You will represent Compost Carpool, facilitate the exchange of full buckets for clean ones and sign up new subscribers. You will be responsible for setup and take-down of a canopy, tent and table. Then transporting full buckets to our compost facility where you will be responsible for dumping and cleaning the buckets. You can expect to spend around 6-7 hours each market day. We would also be open to separating the market and bucket dumping/cleaning over 2 days.

We have immediate openings for managers at the Carrollton Farmer’s Market and Flower Mound Farmer’s Market.

• The Flower Mound Farmer’s Market days and times are the 1st, 3rd and 5th Sundays from 10a to 2p.
• Carrollton Farmer’s Market days and times are the 2nd, 4th and 5th Sundays from 10a-2p.

All market fees and gas reimbursement (to/from the compost facility) paid for by Compost Carpool.

Must have reliable transportation that is large enough to haul 30-40 buckets and set-up materials. Must be able to easily lift 30 lbs.
